Kaarastu provides software architecture consulting, reliability engineering, and related professional services. All engagements are governed by separate statements of work or engagement agreements executed between Kaarastu and the client.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Kaarastu Consultancy Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
All architecture documentation, runbooks, design decision records, and code produced during an engagement are client-owned unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement. Kaarastu does not create intellectual property dependencies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaarastu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
We treat all information shared during engagements as confidential by default. Specific confidentiality obligations are defined in individual engagement agreements or mutual non-disclosure agreements.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
