We will not charge a fee to process rights requests unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case we may charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline to act.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS), access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel, and use of reputable, contractually bound third-party processors.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to protecting your data using industry-standard practices.
